SPANISH VERSION:

Ella es Cristina Marie Lynch fue criada entre Filadelfia y la bella isla de Puerto Rico, la cual ella considera su patria. Desde pequeña demostró dotes artísticas en el baile ya que desde los 6 años tomaba cursos de ballet en la Pennsylvania Academy of Ballet, de la conocida bailarina cubana Margarita de Sáa. Siguiendo su inclinación e interés por las artes decidió entrar en el mundo de la interpretación y el movimiento; la actuación. Cristina comenzó a desarrollar sus destrezas histriónicas en teatro en su escuela superior donde ganó segundo lugar en la competencia de artes dramáticas a nivel nacional. Ya segura que la actuación era su pasión ingresó a la Universidad de Puerto Rico obtuvo su B.A. en del departamento de Drama. Mientras estudiaba en la Universidad de Puerto Rico la carrera de actuación participo en talleres de actuación para cine y televisión en México en la escuela de la actriz Patricia Reyes Spíndola, M&M studios. En el 2001 tiene la oportunidad para audicionar para ingresar a la escuela de actuación de Televisa, el Centro de Educación Artística. En el 2002 participó en el concurso de Miss Puerto Rico Universe, como representante del municipio de Guayama, esta oportunidad le dejó una experiencia inolvidable. Al completar su B.A en el 2004, ella decide volver a audicionar para el CEA y en noviembre del mismo año es aceptada. A partir de enero 2005 Cristina se radica en México para continuar su preparación en teatro, televisión y cine. A finales del 2006, Cristina regresa a Puerto Rico. En el 2009 y 2010 formó parte del elenco de varios cortometrajes, “The Man is Dead”, “The Fall of the Cutter’s Mind” y “Apartment #9”, “I am a Director” y de algunas películas y series de TV americanas. El cortometraje “The Fallo f the Cutter’s Mind” fue selección oficial de Cinefiesta 2011 y del Orlando Film Festival 2011. Cristina ha tenido la dicha de realizar varias películas de cine, diversos programas de TV y un sinnúmero de obras teatrales. Actualmente radica entre Puerto Rico y Miami en búsqueda de oportunidades en el mercado de la televisión Latina y Americana.

ENGLISH VERSION:

She is Cristina Marie Lynch was raised between Philadelphia and the beautiful island of Puerto Rico, which she considers her homeland. Since she was a kid she showed artistic dance skills that from the age of six she took ballet courses at the Pennsylvania Academy of Ballet of the known Cuban dancer Margarita Sáa. Following her penchant and interest in the arts she decided to enter the world of interpretation and the movement; the performance. Cristina began to develop her histrionic skills in theater at her high school where she won second place in the competition of dramatic arts at the national level. Already sure that acting was her passion,she joined the University of Puerto Rico obtained her B.A. in the Department of Drama. While studying at the University of Puerto Rico acting career she participated in workshops in acting for film and television in Mexico at the school of the actress Patricia Reyes Spíndola, M & M studios. In 2001 she had the opportunity to audition to join the school of acting of Televisa, the Center of Artistic Education. In 2002 she participated in the contest of Miss Puerto Rico Universe, as a representative of the municipality of Guayama, this opportunity gave her an unforgettable experience. To complete her “B.A” in 2004, she decided to audition for the CEA and in November of the same year she got accepted. As of January 2005 Cristina decided to continue her preparation in theatre in Mexico, television and film. In late 2006, Cristina returns to Puerto Rico. In the 2009 and 2010 was part of the cast of several short films, "The Man is Dead", "The Fall of the Cutter's Mind" and "Apartment # 9", "I am Director" and some movies and TV series American. The short film "The failure (f) the Cutter's Mind" was official selection of “Cine-fiesta” 2011 and Orlando Film Festival 2011. Cristina had the joy of making several films, TV programs and countless plays. She is currently between Puerto Rico and Miami in search of opportunities in the Latin and American television market.

Psychiatrist

Many people still got the wrong idea about a psychiatrist, until now many people cannot adjust to the fact that a psychiatrist is not a definition of

“the doctor that looks after crazy people”. A psychiatrist is a normal doctor just like any other doctor; he is specialized in mental illness, diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders. Unfortunately until now a lot of people consider the person who talks, or goes to see a psychiatrist is crazy, which is not true in many cases. Some parents won’t allow their kids to see a psychiatrist when needed, thinking that no one will marry them, that they might think of them as crazy. Others are more concerned about their social image rather than being concerned about their kids, that might really need this kind of help, in order to get through what they are dealing with in that instant. What they don’t know is that by banding them from getting the help they need, they are damaging them instead of helping them. A psychiatrist helps people to settle emotionally, helps them to maintain their mental health, and gather their thoughts and clear their heads. A psychiatrist also helps people to get through a rough situation, like a bad marriage, a loss of a child, death of a beloved, betrayal and deceive, which believe it or not in many situation these kind of things do have a very bad negative effect on people’s mental health more than what might realize. Dear reader there is no shame at all in visiting a psychiatrist when you feel that you really need it, when you feel you need to talk to someone professional that might help you.

أكبر خطأ للفنان هو أن يغيب عن الشاشه أو يختفى عن أنظار الجمهور


-الفنان مثل البورصه إذا إختفى ولم يتواجد في الساحه الإعلاميه ينزل سهمه ..و إذا تواجد إرتفع سهمه...



عندما أقول عقليه متفتحه مواكبه لهذا العصر و الجيل و التطور لا أقصد بهذا قله الحياء والملابس الرذيله بل أتطرق لمواضيع أهم من هذه السخافات. ..




للأسف لهذا اليوم يوجد ناس لم و لن تتقبل هذا العصر و التطور و بذلك يتأثر الأبناء و يظلمون لعدم وجود تفاهم فكري و عقليه متطوره..



للأسف مجتمعنا مجتمع ذكوري ..مجتمع غير عادل..يدوس على المرأه و حقوقها



مهما حصلت المرأه من حقوق ..المجتمع لا يهتم و لا يعترف بحقوقها


نظره المجتمع الخليجي للمرأه ..نظره دونيه ..للأسف



قليل ما نلتقي برجال يساندون و يشجعون حقوق المرأه...مجتمع أناني أو متخلف؟



أحترم الرجل الذي يحترم المرأه كإنسانه و لها كيانها وشخصيتها المستقله



أحتقر الرجل الذي يستصغر المرأه و يزتهزئ بها



أضرب الرجل للمرأه ليست رجوله..بل نقص في الرجل نفسه




الرجوله ليست بالضرب بل بالمعامله الحسنه

FEW THINGS ABOUT ME

 I have started my own business since I graduated. I have been working on it and developing my self since early stages of my life, which made it easier for me to establish my own business after graduation directly.

 I liked the media field since I was a kid, I got so passionate for this field, and by the time I reached Zayed University everything was like training to me, as I was working in this field while I was a student in that major.

I started after graduation directly and it took me 4 years to reach where I am right now. It always depends on

- your career building

-you passion about it

-how ambitious you are

-don’t worry about failing just keep on.

 

I started my career before entering the major; I used to follow my mom a lot when I was a kid she watched TV a lot especially Mexican programs and series “telenovelas” which got me interested about media in that concentration. Always motivated me to decide that I will study media so I followed this path, which made me write stories in this field (in Spanish) and am doing some work related to this right now, so basically the university didn’t teach me something I didn’t know, I have learned two skills from the university and my major. First, I learned from the PR (public relations) and wrote three articles about it, but unfortunately I wasn’t into that field. Second, I learned blogs writing skills which made me create and develop my own blog which has many articles written by me.

 

For now, am really proud of what I have accomplished especially that am just 23 years old, but am still not satisfied, I have a much higher goal and am definitely not going to stop.

 

I started the way i wanted , I do have the decisions and I own everything and I am the boss of my self and I sometimes do partnership with some businesswomen and men around UAE.

So basically, I own my Spanish media business but I have some partnerships with UAE locals.

 

I felt I was ready for the field because of my passion about it since I was a 12, but I don’t feel like I got my preparation from the university because Zayed University at that time had poor preparation for students in the media “Film and Broadcast” field.

 

I did not gain alot from university , but my advice to students  "you have to be passionate, creative , artistic, and confident, have a big and wide vision, have his/her own ideas, lots of experience, and most important not copy others work."

 

 

I was already experiencing work with the consulate of Mexico for few days then moved to Rubenius Company worked for Claus Rubenius for a while. I represented them and I was the director and the camera girl of their events, conferences and interviews, unfortunately it wasn’t much for me to do there. I took shots and did office work.

 

 I am very proud of what I have accomplished so far.

 

It is amazing that I got the opportunity to get experience and work with a lot of people that I really admire and respect, never expected years ago that I will be working with them one day. Its nice to have a connection with the people you admire on a professional level such as actors, directors, writers, producers, even singers, reporters, etc.

 

But something that not everyone knows that these people actually do help others a lot in their career,  So basically in this field you gain friends from different places, ages and you gain experience plus the advice and gaudiness from such professionals like them.

 

What i can say is:

 

-First thing is that you should really like this field and enjoy what you are doing.

 

-you should always be yourself, be unique at what you do and present, never try to copy anyone in the way he/she work, especially if you write a script or an article, because that person can drag you to court for that.

 

- You can never be successful if you are not enjoying what you are doing and you will be miserable.
